Byucksan Engineering, together with all executives and employees,
practices 'Together' among the company's core values of 'Rightly, Differently, Together'
and lives alongside the local community to fulfill its social
responsibilities.
Byucksan employees are trying to send a warm helping hand to places that have not yet
been reached, and will continue to do our best to provide practical help where it is
needed.
The 'Residential Environment Improvement Project' of the Seoul Northern Welfare Center for the Disabled is Byucksan's representative volunteer activity. In addition, together with various welfare organizations, we have been conducting activities such as sharing kimchi, daily necessities, and groceries for disabled families since 2005. In particular, the Beautiful Journey with Disabled Families is a social volunteer activity where employees engage in outdoor activities together with disabled families who have limited mobility. It is an activity that well represents the hearts of Byucksan people who dream of a society where everyone becomes one.
Driven by the interest of many employees in international issues, sponsorships such as 'Ukraine War Refugee Damage Recovery Sponsorship', 'Turkey-Syria Earthquake Damage Sponsorship', and 'Nicaragua Save Baby and Mother Support' show a high level of interest in volunteering from all employees, and we are reaching out and joining hands with problems in the international community.
In addition, the 'North Korean Defector College Student Internship Program', which provided high-quality educational opportunities and engineering corporate experiences to North Korean defector college students, hired them as interns during vacations and provided various training programs so that it could become a 'Turn(人)ternship that changes life(人)'. It is an activity that enhanced employment capabilities and increased opportunities for social experience.
